Sight & Sound Software Announces Partnership with eFusion
Sight & Sound Software and eFusion, Inc., a leading provider of value-added applications for the New Public Network, today announced that the two companies have formed a strategic alliance to market Sight & Sound's BookSmart 2.0 with eFusion's Push to Talk (PtT)TM technology, providing voice-enabled customer service for online travel Web sites.

This improved customer service function will offer travel service providers a unique and competitive way to differentiate their Web sites while increasing purchase transactions and improving the critical "look-to-book" ratio.
