Sight & Sound Software Brings New CFO on Board: Tod Hutchinson Joins Online Travel Technology Company
In an effort to continue its rapid growth in Portland's high tech market, Sight & Sound Software® hired Tod Hutchinson in the role of Chief Financial Officer.
February 10, 2000, Portland, Ore - In an effort to continue its rapid growth in Portland's high tech market, Sight & Sound Software® hired Tod Hutchinson in the role of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hutchinson joins Sight & Sound after spending the prior two years at Metro One Telecommunications, Inc. (Nasdaq: MTON), a provider of enhanced directory assistance and information services for the telecommunications industry.
Mr. Hutchinson brings over thirteen years of corporate finance and operating experience to Sight & Sound. In his most recent role as Metro One's Vice President – Finance, he was actively involved in the company's financial and corporate development activities, including a public equity offering and private debt placements. Prior to Metro One, Mr. Hutchinson served as CFO for various start-up and early stage companies. In addition, he has five years of venture capital experience with InterVen Partners, Inc., a regional venture capital firm, and three years of public accounting experience with Price Waterhouse, LLP. Mr. Hutchinson is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelors degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
